1. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 or older and resident in the UK. Employees of Kingdom Raffles and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Entry
Entries are made by purchasing tickets via the Kingdom Raffles website and correctly answering the skill-based question for each competition.
3. Ticket allocation
Each paid entry is allocated a unique ticket number after payment is confirmed. Confirmation is sent by email.
4. Closing dates
Each competition has a published closing date. Entries close automatically when the date is reached or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
5. Draw
Winners are selected at random from all valid paid entries using a verifiable randomisation process. Draws are conducted live where possible.
6. Prize delivery
Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw. Prizes are delivered or arranged within 30 days of notification.
7. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law.
8. Liability
Kingdom Raffles' liability is limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these terms or substitute prizes of equal value where unavoidable.
